1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the GSS Mental Care Agent™ platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have parent/guardian consent, to use the Service.
3. Not a Medical Service
The Service is a wellness and support tool. It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. If you are in crisis, call 988 (US) or your local emergency line immediately.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Refunds are governed by applicable consumer law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the AI agent, attempt to bypass safety guardrails, harass others, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, brand, AI prompts, and content libraries are the property of GSS Mental Care Agent™. Your personal content remains yours.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in app or via email.
